Its looks alone are enough to earn it a spot on any enthusiast's wish list, but this smaller and slightly less expensive Lambo still has more than enough muscle to back up its extroverted styling. Power is provided by a 500-horsepower V10 that sends its thrust through a permanent all-wheel-drive system and a six-speed manual gearbox. Electronic paddle shifters can be ordered as an option for those who prefer Formula One-style gear changes. The body is an aluminum space frame design that promises exceptional stiffness while keeping the car's weight down to a manageable 3,146 pounds. While no acceleration numbers were specified, Lamborghini did say that the Gallardo can obtain a top speed of 192.6 mph — not bad for the "baby Lambo."
